After registering by e-mail to home@deluthiers.nl a room will be reserved for you. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation with payment details and other information.

When making a reservation, you automatically commit to our registration and cancellation conditions.

Making a reservation is NOT without obligation!

In case of force majeure, De Luthiers reserves the right to move the reservation to another date in consultation.

Optional reservation

Optional reservations can be placed by you and remain in effect for a more agreed period. If we receive a second application during the option period, we will contact you if you still want to use the option.

Final reservation

When you make a reservation, you will receive a written quote. We would like to receive this offer before agreement is signed, making your reservation final.

Prices

All our prices include VAT. Price changes subject to change.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 1 week for check-in 100% refund

From 1 week for check-in 50% refund

No refund from 48 hours before check-in

In case of cancellation of individual participants

The number of participants mentioned in the reservation contract is the starting point for the preparations and calculation. Until 7 days before the start, you may deviate free of charge from the number specified in the contract. No later than 7 days prior to the stay, the final number will be passed on to The Luthiers. This number is the minimum base for invoicing.

Payment

The final invoice, rent living room, will be sent after the meeting. We ask you to transfer this amount to our bank account within 14 days. If payment is not made within 30 days, the invoice amount will be charged the statutory interest, ex Article 6:120 BW.

All costs, both legal and extrajudicial, are borne by the debtor if payment is not made on time. These costs are 15% of the invoice amount and at least € 30.00.

Damage

Contractor is held to compensate for damages inflicted by the contractor, or his participants on buildings and inventory of De Luthiers.

The Luthiers are not liable for damage to or theft of the goods or means of transport(s) of the contractor or his participants.
